It worked to perfection on my old rig - up until I replaced my Motherboard, CPU and RAM the other day. Now the Headset isn't recognised.
It's supposed to be plug and play. It isn't anymore. I plug it in, it tries to install the driver software under the title of 'USB Audio Driver'. It then fails to install. I'm 100% that I've plugged both the combined USB in various ports and the 3.5 cable in the correctly specified audio port. It just doesn't work. I've uninstalled the driver from my Device Manager in the hopes that re-plugging the USB part back in might sort of trick it into now working.

It act like it wants to install - then fails to load the drivers. Effectively - it doesn't work. No audio or microphone is picked up in my 'Playback' or 'Recording' Devices page under sound options. I've searched the Turtle Beach forum for a driver download. There isn't one according to their site.
I've attempted phone contact with the Australian support branch - they don't answer during the specified hours they state they're open. I'm pretty much ready to take it back as 'Good not fit for the purpose' and get a refund for something that works.unless the great people here can suggest something that may work!
