Recommend contacting EA support. As I said above, the Genesis comic is not included with the game (except on PS3, I believe). If you didn't register your game on Origin, then is where you'll get your DLC, not Origin.

Jul 6, 2015 - Arrival Mass Effect: Genesis. It's not included. Its taken me days to find access to the shadow broker dlc and I can't confirm i've found the kasumi dlc either. I have the origin messenger thing that doesn't offer it. Only bioware seems to offer the download to these dlcs. I purchased my game via steam and only.
